Yesterday I setup a large USB efi ssd hard drive with a fat32 boot partition and Grub2, then copied a bunch of KL distros to its ext4 partition, ran @wiak's wd_grubconfig scripts for each one and copied the boot stanzas into the grub.cfg and booted them all up. That script works like a charm!
My question is: Do any of the KL distros have a grub2 installer, like frugalpup? I don't see one anywhere. Though I do see grub4dos in KLV-airedale.
I did my initial grub install to the fat32 partition using frugalpup41.sfs mounted in F96.
I'm determined to convert my internal hard drive boots to grub2, but I'll have to do some drive formatting which might require loading the drives up from scratch unfortunately, as I have them formatted as one ext4 partition using menu1st. I might be able to partition fat32 on the backend of the free space of the ext4.
