fossapup64-9.5: Looking Rofi-1.7.5

Post by davidjackson »

Hello I am looking for the lastest (stable) version of Rofi, I believe it is 1.7.5? The version that ships with fossapup64-9.5 is 1.5.4.

TIA,
David Jackson

Compiles without much difficulty. Requires libxcb-ewmh which I have included in the package. Menu entries are in the Utility section. I don't really know how useful it is or if it is working as intended. I have not studied the usage details. Uploaded as .pet for testing, but obviously with no guarantees.

@linuxn00b

It helps you, if you tell members which build of PuppyOS you are using.

The instructions provided are fairly straightforward:

https://github.com/davatorium/rofi/blob/next/INSTALL.md

The difficulties only arise if you do not have the correct build tools/dependencies available to you in your OS.
