Beginners Help

Post by dogcat »

I think that "Beginners Help" should be turned into its own sub-forum, such as "General Information" and "House Training", etc. are sub-forums, then some suggestions about re-arrangements.

Then "What is Puppy Linux" with a community written description followed by links to puppy-related resources that are located outside of the forum. Locked.

Then "Getting Started and System Requirements" could be the next sub-topic (or whatever they are called in the hierarchical of things) Locked.

Then "Instructional How-To Section" could be relocated there. Maybe Locked. Maybe open and subject to editing by one of the moderators.

Then "Beginners Questions" could replace the current "Beginners Help"

The reason for these suggestions is that the forum is very disorganized, in my opinion at least. It could be a start at reorganizing.

--------------
General Information could then be a good place for "Forum Announcements"

If everybody is thinking the same, then somebody isn't thinking.
