Bionic pup not getting internet

Don't see any way to get internet on bionicpup64 under grub.

Also thought the hardware summary would help, no luck at all.

So, thought I needed a later version like fossalpup64.

But when fossalpup64 comes up, no display.

Use bionicpup64 to use grub config.

You can't win for losing.

Any ideas?

In Bionicpup64 under setup you can try all the wizards for the internet connection.
For hardware spec. run menu->system->PupSysInfo.

If you can not run applications at all....

A few ideas:

what is your PC?
If it´s not extremely old or extremely new, the two above mentioned pups should work.

Is your installation ok?
How and on what device did you install it?

You could try to create a live install (burn the .iso file as image on CD, or burn it with some program to a usb stick).
If this boots and runs fine then probably the problem is not in the hardware but in the installation.
You can then reinstall the correct way. This forum can help you with that.

Grub2 thinks I have a cirrus CLGD 544 PCI graphics card.

My graphics card is a Quadro P620 graphics card.

Fossalpup64 runs, but no display.

When I press the power button, I hear Fossalpup64 barking.

You were asked specific questions and you have not answered them.
How can we help you, if you provide no usable information?

Actually answering these questions would really help us:

First thing is pick a specific Puppy version to use.
No Puppy version will work OK on all computers!
That is why there are several Puppy versions.
