This tells us what it is, what specific version, and is it 32bit or 64bit.
Computer make and model (we can look it up)
Specs? If you know them.
CPU?
Memory?
Graphics hardware?

How is Puppy installed?
Full, frugal, or live?
Installed on what drive?
Hard drive, USB flash, emmc, SD Card, CD/DVD, etc.....?
How is drive partitioned?
The partition(s) are formatted what format?
Puppy is installed on which partition?
If a installer program was used to do the install. WHAT PROGRAM????
