Bluetooth not showing on Buster

My huawei tablet seems to think it needs bluetooth as well as wifi to transfer files from my PC.

What do I need to do to get this going please?

I have installed wliwifi hardware package and rfkill which reading online, appears to be what I need. Then I installed the Bluetooth meta package.
I have rebooted and run rfkill and it only reports my wifi wlan0

Do I need these packages instead?
