A centralised information page like Debian Archive where all the puppy editions were released, along with package lists and release dates?
I have the downloads page with general release info related to Parent site,
Have reached upto the GITHUB repository, but no further. GITHUB is for highly technical persons/groups and require userid password to get into and know more.
This is the official Puppy repository.

The specific Puppy versions are in their own puppy- (version name) directory.
when you look in a specific directory.
the date of the iso file is the release date for that Puppy version.
The puppy- (version name) directories are listed alphabetically, so not exactly in order of release.
the pet package directories, are pet packages, that where specifically compiled, for that specific Puppy version.
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.

I'd place the following emphasis on what bippup posted, "This is the official Puppy repository."
Puppy is a fan-driven family of operating systems. Almost since its inception anyone has had the right to modify an official Puppy --or anyone's modification-- and publish it as a Puppy. According to ally --maintainer or archive.org-- over 5,000 Puppy variations have been preserved. Which is why in the "Information We Need To Help You" post by bigpup near the top of the Beginner's Section it clearly states:

There is, however, some order to what otherwise could have been chaotic madness. The original Puppys were simply give numbers, Puppy 1x thru (IIRC) Puppy 4.3.1. Barry Kauler --Puppy's creator-- then published wary, racy, and quirky (a more experimental version) beginning the 5 Series of Puppys. But by that time Barry K had also published 'woof' an application to create Puppys using the binaries of other distros. Building Puppys in that manner enables use of applications and libraries maintained on the 'binary compatible' distro's repository*.
The name given to a Puppy often echos in some way the name of the variation given to an operating system by the 'binary compatible' operating system. So, as examples, Lupu (or Lucid Puppy and variants) used Ubuntu Lucid Lynx binaries; tahrpup those of Ubuntu Trusty Tahr and Fossapup those of Ubuntu Fossa Focal. dpup-stretch employs the binaries of debian stretch; busterpup those of debian buster.
Puppys generally follow the Puppy series numbering convention: i.e;, tarhpups have the number 6 in their FULL name; xenialpups, the number 7 as does dpup-stretch.
All "Slacko" puppys employ Slackware binaries. But Slackware doesn't give names to its versions. IIRC, Slackware 13 was the first used; now Slackware is beyond 14.2. The first Slacko puppy, however, was published contemporaneous to wary so received the puppy series number 5.
Publisher's of Puppys and their modifications are not bound by any convention. However, every recent Puppy, and many older Puppys, have their own Sections on the Forum. It is best to always read the initial posts concerning any Puppy in which you are interested. Very often information about that Puppy's origin and composition will appear there.

* A puppy is not a 'spin' or 'cut-down' version of the operating system whose binaries went into its creation. And it is NOT identical to such OS. Much of a Puppys infra-structure --the modules tying the parts together-- are unique to Puppy, often common among Puppys-- and NOT THE SAME as the infra-structure used by the 'binary compatible' distro. Applications built for a 'binary-compatible' distro may not function under a Puppy until all the missing pieces are installed; and perhaps not even then. On the other hand, applications published for one Puppy may work OOTB on an entirely different Puppy; or only require installing a couple of libraries.
A great deal of pain can be avoided if you search the Forum for an application published for your Puppy, reported as generally functional across Puppys, or for advice before using Puppy Package Manager to install packages from the 'binary-compatible' repositories. And/or, look for the posts about how to safely add applications not specifically created for your Puppy.

ISO's missing - Precise, Wary, Racy, Stretch, some of Peebee's releases, etc.? Seems incomplete for an official repository, why?
Precise was not exactly an official Puppy. Was it going to be Slacko 5.7 or Precise 5.7, as the next version after 5.6.
Barry K put it in the quircky directory, with all his other experimental stuff.

Not sure why he still keeps it there, but keeps the Precise pet packages in the official repository.

Really? Repository is incomplete. Should be updated as this could be a very important reference for new users.
Also - that repository seems a bit of a mess with things all over the place, must be a nightmare for a newby. I suggest a simple table of contents with about 4 columns starting off from the oldest Puppy. Columns for: NAME OF PUPPY DISTRIBUTION; DISTRO COMPATIBILITY eg: ubuntu; ISO (Download link); Packages (Download link). Maybe a sticky for this in the Beginners section. Any takers - mikeslr, bigpup? Shouldn't be too difficult, all the information is readily available it just needs proper organization.
