I recently set up a new save-file for BionicBeaver(64) 8.0 running on a Lenova H535 desktop with 6GB of RAM and no HDD.
The install is frugal and on a 3.1 flash drive.
The Graphical Disk Map tool reports 'pale moon/20t5tvhg.default/places.sqlite.corrupt'.
Also, after using the browser for surfing the web, the savefile space is depleted but restores to original setting after a reboot.
What to do about this?

gdmap is saying that there is a file named "places.sqlite.corrupt"
gdmap is not saying that the file named "places.sqlite" is a corrupt file.
I think that file contains your browsing history.
You could try renaming the file to maybe "aaaplaces.sqlite.corrupt"
and run Palemoon for a while to see if it still works properly.
If Palemoon still works properly, you could probably delete the file safely.

Yes, the file places.sqlite.corrupt appears to be a history file of places I've visited.
I altered the file name. No change.
I manually deleted the file contents. No change.
I'm wondering if how I have my preferences set up in PaleMoon is the issue. (see screenshots)
Also, I downloaded Firefox this morning. This afternoon Firefox is telling me it can't show me my bookmarks and history as one of it's files is in use by another app. They say, 'some security software can cause this problem'. I notice that both the moonchild productions/pale moon/defaults and the mozilla/firefox/defaults hold the same file 'SiteSecurityServices.txt' with identical information. When I view the PaleMoon sqlite file in text form, it shows as 'SiteSecurityServices.txt'. The same results when looking at the Fireox file.
I guess other than cluttering up my root directory the extra 10MB doesn't hurt anything but adds the data into my savefile. The data being saved isn't anything I care to save. I'm guessing the marketeers appreciate the history.
