I was sad to hear that alienbob has given up compiling chromium-ungoogled for 32bit. Can't blame him and I certainly am grateful for the incredible work he does.
However, I wanted a working, update-able version of chromium for Voidpup32. So I made one from Debian Sid files. (Void's chromium32 has bugs I'm not happy with)
I have packaged it as a portable, but it can certainly be converted to an .sfs or installable.
I am attaching Portable32-chromium-AllSid.tar.gz. Just extract it while running Voidpup32, go into the folder and click install-update-AllSid. This will download and install the latest chromium files and the extra libs needed.
After installing, click chromium-Launch and it will create a user profile in the folder and launch chromium.
install-update-AllSid should always get the latest chromium but not the latest extra libs. Hopefully these will last for some time. You can read the extra files needed in chromium-sid-extradebs-i386. Browse the Debian folder they are in if you wish to get updates.
Enjoy, J
