when does this pop up?
Are you specifically doing something?
Did this start after you installed something, did something on the internet, etc....?
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be older.
This is not what I expected

It definitely is schedule being activated. Something is starting it or something else is starting Cron jobs
