Hello Puppers,
Can DuckDuckGo Browswer be installed in Puppy? specifically Fossapup(64)?
If DuckDuckGo can be installed, what do I need to do to make that happen?
Thank you in advance for your guidance,
Sky

Not for Linux (yet ) , now it's available only for Windows, Mac and Android, AFAIK.
Thanks, @fredx181
I look forward to when we can use DuckDuckGo browser on Puppy.
I installed DDGo on an iPhone 11 iOS version 18.2.1. as the default browser.
DDGo has improved the operation of the iPhone considerably. Retrieval is quick, smooth and no adds!!! Love it!

From what I know, the DuckDuckGo browser is essentially a privacy-focused reskin built on familiar browser frameworks.
It’s like the Microsoft Edge for Windows or Safari for macOS but with an emphasis on blocking trackers and protecting user data.
From some privacy tests I’ve seen, it doesn’t seem to offer a huge advantage over using browsers like Chrome or Firefox with privacy-focused extensions (like ad blockers or tracker blockers). So, unless you’re specifically looking for an all-in-one privacy solution out of the box, you might as well stick with those mainstream browsers and customize them for your needs.
That said, I love testing browsers to find the fastest and most efficient one, and so far, I’d suggest Slimjet Browser as the best option. Unless you’re specifically looking for an all-in-one privacy solution out of the box, you might want to explore other browsers like Slimjet that prioritize speed and performance.
Now, I am using Firefox, Slimjet 44, Chome , Chromium, Opera and Midori each one for specific purposes (for instance, for Social Media pages, I love to use slimjet, meanwhile for fast navigation I use the default EasyOS installed chromium and for official pages I use Chrome......
Have a nice day u all.

Years ago I tried slimjet and really liked it. I believe it was offered in Quickpet and was easy to download.
Now, I have a hard time understanding how to download some of the browsers into Puppy. So, I stick with Firefox and let it upgrade itself.
