Having recently rediscoverd Puppy thanks to the excellent EasyOS version, I note that it's not obvious where to download the latest img file. Would it be possible to add a Download link to Barry's EasyOS page, with a brief explanation of the differences between Scarthgap, Daedalus...?

HI @oliverjames ; I agree with you about this, I consider it a must (SEO), because although all this info exists (viewtopic.php?t=12851) it is not clear for new users.

I thought about this, it is not only important attract users to your page, but make them wanna stay here, haha.

I have been working as SEO during years, and a well-designed forum page is crucial for first-time visitors to easily find what they're looking for and feel encouraged to stay and explore further.

An intuitive layout and clear organization ensure a positive first impression, while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

To retain users and promote the growth of the EasyOS community, the role of administrators and moderators is essential. Their dedication to providing helpful, respectful assistance—without resorting to criticism, even when warranted—creates an inclusive environment that inspires engagement and collaboration. By maintaining this supportive approach, the forum can continue to boost the adoption and appreciation of EasyOS, honoring Barry's impactful work.

Have a nice day.

Cheers, PP4MNK

Yes, I saw that and it does the job perfectly well.

The Distrowatch site announces downloads for ver 6.5; it's true that by drilling down on the free dowload line of the version table, the latest version can be found. I just felt that it's not so obvious. Your new approach to desktop computing is so compelling that the latest version should just be there for people to try, without them having to search (conscious of today's shortened attention span)

Your site https://easyos.org/ is good but I was searching the latest download link and couldn't find it. Maybe a "Download" link could be added to the "Installation tutorial" section?
