Hello all
Just made 2 script to translate Desktop files without no need to replace the full file it can be improve,... but for not it works well in multiple puppy's
collect_all to Extract all the data from your puppy
desk_update to do the nasty job of translating all desktop fields
Just extract zip file and run it and waiting for feedback for more updates 
and hope this helps someone
Final names of scripts and path not set since i don't have no Clue 
and in order to work well in other Languages need to make a mo of every single country language and update the list of Country's
