Asus Chromebox 3 CN65 - - audio jack not working

First I would install BookwormPup64 10.0.7 and use this as the Puppy version.
For some it provides everything needed for ChromeBooks.
After doing this and using it to boot the ChromeBook.

Because they are all different, there is no one specific way to fix this sound issue.

It is down to needing to replace the Linux kernel.
