I've been wanting to change 100 for something faster for 4 years now. But for now, 100 is enough for me, and I don't want to overpay. You can consider my district center as a rural area.
Still, they couldn't resist and at the end of the article they added about the president and democracy...
By the way, the next article on the same site below about Pornhub in Texas is also interesting.

I do not care what they call whatever!
But if I am paying for a specific speed that is what I should be able to get.
I am paying for 300 MB download speed, but you will never see that over WIFI .
Only way I really get it is with Ethernet connection cable directly to a computer.
Do something useful FCC.
Stop the ability for services to throttle
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.

Personally, the speed provided is 500 Mb/s for me. I almost always reach 475 Mb/s on wifi
