After a few days running kernel 5.9.6 in both 20.06 +2 LxPups with good tests and no issues on the usual i5 based Fujitsu S761 laptop, kernel 5.9.8 swapped into both. No surprises, no issues. Then a shock! I updated both LxPups and swapped the 5.9.8 kernel in on one of my Bay Trail desktops (in the cellar and only used when I am burning wood, too cold otherwise).

Both run flawlessly. The shock is that last winter I absolutely could not get beyond kernel 5.4.12 or so in the LxPups on this box. Now it has the same kennels exactly as my laptops; the two LxPups, a remastered archpup 32, upupFF +D, and of course X-Slacko 4.4 to match what Kevin is using at the farm -uptimes measured in years on that one-.
Thanks,
My pups: LxPupSc64 and Voidpup64 with LXDE ydrv and synaptics touchpad drivers, both using small savefiles for customizations. Ydrv based NoblePup64 and Fossapup64-small (both LXDE/PCManFM with no savefiles). No fdrvs throughout.

No issues at all with Kernel Release: 5.9.10-lxpup64 in either of the current LxPups or in upupff+d RC3. The usual install, hardware, and tests as done here
