Experimenting with pnethood in KLV

looking at the KLV script samba.sh
line 135 should be like this

why is it not restarting? sv restart smbd
it should not be

should change the new changes made and overwrite the file in ( /etc/samba/ smb.conf ) . but it doesn't happen
