Good news. Some bugs were fixed for pinetab
and new versions were released.

No need to adjust your screens, folks, this is legit: our official first release of the PineTab (OG) on 20.04! As with the PineTab2 image, the u-boot image comes pre-loaded into the device (especially since it seems Tow-Boot may never happen for the PineTab.)
Even better, the PineTab has been stuck on ancient kernels due to a power-racing issue with the display - our release comes with 6.5.0-rc2-okpine, without this issue. Thanks to Frank S for figuring this out, it was as simple as putting the panel driver as a module instead of internal!
Additionally, I figured the issue breaking the PinePhone Pro was likely the issue breaking the PineTab2, since it was a Rockchip power driver issue - and sure enough it was. So with this release, all devices are now running a singular, unified kernel!
Like all of our other devices, rotation does not seem to be working correctly. On the bright side, however, convergence does, so swapping between keyboard and tablet mode is a breeze! (Of course, you will need to get the device into landscape for this - to do this, edit /etc/deviceinfo/devices/pinetab.yaml and comment out the SupportedOrientations that are not InvertedLandscape. This also works for the PineTab2, swap out file name for pinetab2.yaml)
PinePhone (non-Pro) users: make sure you have followed the first section of steps at https://ubports.com/blog/ubports-news-1 ... e-pro-3889 before installing!
