FatDog64-900alpha: first impressions

Post by Duprate »

Hello! Using and testing FatDog64-900alpha. Packages tested so far: conky-1.7.2-x86_64-1.txz and wine-8.6-i686-1.txz. Wine 8.6 was merged with 32bit-fd64.sfs into an appimage and it worked flawlessly with the PortableApps platform and all installed windows programs;
with fd64-devx.sfs I compiled kernel 6.1.38 LTS.
The 900alpha version did a great job and in daily use, you can feel how much better it was than the previous version, both on the PC and on the notebook with little memory where I am using a script to create ZRAM memory. Thanks for the conky-1.7.2-x86_64-1! It's essential for me.
Geany didn't work and I still haven't tried to find out why..... :thumbup2:
