CTBO GUI 0.0.1 - Change Tray Button Order

Post by taersh »

Hi.

This is Change Tray Button Order with GUI

It is a small utility to change the tray buttons order in JWM tray.
It should work in all Puppies that don't have the multiple jwmrc tray templates in /root/.jwm.

E.g. almost all Puppies made by @peebee won't make use of this utility, as he is using the other JWM.

You will find its menu entry almost on top in menu Desktop.

Uploaded for testings - please, notice its Tool-Tip message at first use!
Please, return issues and bugs.

Just tried a couple of pups (Tahr605 and Slacko5.6) but can't seem to get anything to change. Should I be able to grab an item in the list and drag it up and down?

But nothing happens when I try to drag. Nothing changes.

Are there any dependencies for this?

What do you mean?
Nothing happens in side the item list?
After you dragged items inside the item list, you need to click the Ok button or Apply button.

When i try to click and drag a line of text i can see the whole line highlighted but it is not movable. I cannot drag it anywhere. Nothing changes at all.

If I hover over a line I see the tooltip ok.

Maybe I can try a different puppy - what puppy are you testing on?

I'm developing and testing my programs in my ArtStudio64, which is my own WoofCE built based on the Bionic64 packages.
Works without any problems here.
Probably an issue by different gtkdialog versions?

I'm using the code of the tree with drag and drop items already in another program which also works without problems. The only difference is a modified function MoveIt() in this here program. This was necessary caused by the leading < character in each line.
