@AntonioPt

I looked at the dir2sfs script and my first guess is that it requires YAD (.....there is a PET file for this somewhere on the forum) for the GUI to be visible. From memory one of the Radio applications in the multimedia section has it included in it's thread.

............. just had a quick look and realised that we would need a GTK2 build of YAD to be compiled.

(FatDog64 Developers)

I am under the impression that Fossa64 Low does not support GTK3.

**UPDATE**

I did go back to the original YAD release and created a PET file .......... let us all know if it works for you :thumbup:

Left the NLS files contained within:

I had no problem playing mp4 files via right-clicks with Version 2 and Version 4 and only have gnome-player. I'm not running fossapup64-low right now. But checking its specific storage file (where downloaded and install applications for it are kept if I have to rebuilt) indicates that I installed ffmpeg-fl.pet. The forum Search box found it here, https://www.forum.puppylinux.com/viewto ... 497#p91497 on Page 2 of 558 entries returned with 'ffmpeg-fl' as a search term. :thumbdown: 10 minutes of scanning posts. :cry: There must be a better way to find things. :roll:

@AntonioPt

.... the FatDog64 reference is simply to state that it is built/maintained by the FatDog64 team.

In the ISO v2, the Palemoon browser is provided in the adrv SFS.

It does not allow you to update it automatically.

I have updated mine - English GB dictionaries added

V6 released. See first post.

@Jasper - to update, in a terminal, run palemoon (starts it as root) & click Help, then Check for Updates & accept, restart & close. When you then start Palemoon from the icon, will have updated version with the security of run-as-spot.
