This is using the very latest git pull from GitHub woof-CE repo and ./merge2out

Not in Fossapup64 only (the same in Slackware64).
Installation of patchelf is required for default distro build otherise buildscript will be exited.
It's not possible to skip.
When I remember right ram-saver install script required patchelf.
After installation of patchelf build process works without problems in my case.

Does the build fail if you press ENTER and let it continue?

Pressed "enter" where it seemed to hang and then I ctrl-c 'd and halted execution. I will give it another try and wait after pressing enter.

A focal64 build at https://github.com/puppylinux-woof-CE/w ... ocal64.yml is scheduled for tomorrow, if you prefer not to build locally
