gtkdialog & yad gui to convert between audio formats that keeps tags if possible. This program requires ffmpeg, gtkdialog and/or yad.

0.8 - added support for more codecs using other programs that ffmpeg doesn't currently support (see below). If you install any of these programs after you update ffaudio, you will need to run "ffaudio update" from the command line.

optional programs
sox - used to fix wav header issue caused by ffmpeg that some encoders (i.e. mac) don't like
wvtag - used to attach image to wv (wavpack) files
metaflac - used to attach image to flac files
AtomicParsley - used to attach image to m4a files
mp4art - used to attach image to m4a files
apetag - used to tag (and read tags from) ape, la, mpc, mpp, pac, & ofr files
mac - used to convert to ape format
shorten - used to convert to shn format
mppenc - used to convert to mpc or mpp (musepack) format
ofr - used to convert to and from ofr (optimfrog) format
la - used to convert to and from la (lossless audio compresser) format
lpac - used to convert to and from pac (Lossless Predictive Audio Compression) format
