Take the one from PPM, it's the one most likely to work.
However, there is a problem with it: Puppy, by design, doesn't support "multiarch" installations that have both 32-bit and 64-bit libraries side-by-side. To run many Windows applications, you need a 32-bit Wine. If you need to run a 64-bit application, the one from PPM is the one you should bet on.
The inclusion of apt plus https://github.com/puppylinux-woof-CE/woof-CE/pull/2771 will solve this problem, and allow 32-bit and 64-bit Wine to coexist on the same Puppy.
