When installing clamtk_6.02-1 from the puppy-fossa64 archive, these perl dependencies are noted as not installed.
libtime-local-perl
perl: any
perl-openssl-abi-1.1
Does anyone have an easy way to install these dependencies?

Did you do this install using the Puppy Package Manager(PPM)?
Did you update PPM database before you did it?
PPM>Configure>update database>Update now
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.
