QuickPet Java outdated

ferreting around for a solution to another problem I have been trying out recent Puppy versions after a long absence. I know that java is still a perennial bugbear, and I don't know where exactly to post notification about requests to update Bionic64 Quickpet, but I noted the issue attached in the screenie. The lag in updating QuickPet - is this a bug or a feature?
