Install Frugally by mounting the ISO file and copy the contents to the frugal directory.
I have been using Grub4Dos to prepare the drive to boot.
IMPORTANT: Once booted connect to a network use wiakwifi
open a terminal:

To populate the menus:

fixmenu
and click / open Menu->System->Update xlunch
