Hi,
Xephyr is used in this community, particularly in EasyOS where I'm typing this post now.
I've read that one of the weak point of Xorg is that all applications running inside it have access to each others windows, keyboard and mouse inputs and screen output.
According to https://unix.stackexchange.com/question ... -dangerous,
Notice that unless you take extra steps, Xephyr allows any local user to connect to it by default. See this for a discussion about it.
So, I'd like to know in the Puppy universe if these "extra steps" have been taken or not.
I would also like to know about these extra steps in EasyOS regarding containers (@BarryK ).
This is of importance because if I run some dubious graphical program in some Xephyr nested window not protected by those "extra steps", that dubious application can access the other graphical environment that I need to be safe.
We can think of some key pass application being spied by some software.
