I misheard the podcast. The name is Lunar not Luna.

It's a Robert Braxman phone. It runs a de-googled OS and also Ubuntu Touch
The price is reasonable but not cheap

I like the video on the indiegogo site about the device, saying that using iodeOS removes all tracking stuff, but is compatible with Android apps. Then shows apps such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Temu - all massive data tracking apps!
