Finaly manager to figureout how to translate all desktop and more 
Update all this files and add gettext in it and made a new one to translated the rest called jwm_translater and add it all in folder /usr/local/jwm_config
and add po in PT just translate now to your lang and add mo to right lang pack
menu_build_bookmarks
menu_build_clock
menu_build_main
menu_build_mouseaction
menu_build_places
menu_build_recent_docs
menu
this will translate 5 files
JWM_FILE_00="${HOME}/.jwmrc"
JWM_FILE_01="${HOME}/.jwmrc-tray"
JWM_FILE_02="${HOME}/.jwm/jwmrc-tray1"
JWM_FILE_03="${HOME}/.jwm/jwmrc-tray2"
JWM_FILE_04="${HOME}/Choices/ROX-Filer/PuppyPin"
P.S. in order to lunch this script at any time you load your OS put it in Startup or add this line in the file .jwmrc hope it helps

P.S. The code fixmenus + the SSS folder in the future can be removed if this script is updated since its my next Goald
