boot folder & grub cfg in vpup64

When using BOOT FLASH to install the OS into USB, the Boot folder and grub.cfg file are not transferred. Its an easy manual fix, just copy to USB. But the Boot Flash app. should do this.

I miss nooby, we both joined within days of each other in 2008. Its a long road here for me, but I grow and change, as we all do, know it or not, like it or not.
