Hi @Sofiya, now I'm nagging you on this forum... sorry

What are the minimum requirements for Hyprland?, my old PC (Intel Core Duo @ 3.00 GHz & 2 GB RAM), ran KLV-BSPWM without problem, but it fails to load the HYPRLAND desktop.

I think you should contact the developer of Hyprland with this question.I don't have such information.

I would compare the kernel included in KLV-bspwm with KLV-hyprland. It might be a driver module issue.

I have several Dell desktops, only one of which will run Hyprland!! All the other types of desktops and window managers in KLV work on all of them but not Hyprland. It does work on a Dell Dimension 15 laptop strangely enough............
It is a matter of the graphics card and the drivers for that device.
AFAIK Wayland compositors all require OpenGL ES 2.0 and that's what limits GPU support. My Core Duo laptop doesn't work with any Wayland compositor.

Indeed, I thought something similar: if I can run Airdale and BSPWM, why can't I with Hyprland, no doubt that's what you're talking about.
