I was actually curious about this as well as forks of Yuzu. Someone working on a fork known as "Suyu" has been referenced on a Reddit post about a bunch of forks getting DMCA'd. Supposedly one of the developers had used code from the Switch SDK Dev Kit for the emulator, which anyone who has studied Compaq's foray in the early PC clone market would understand just why that's such a big no-no.
