@mmmrr - sadly, your bionic32 is too old for this version of palemoon. glibc is a basic linux component which cannot be easily updated. You could try an older 32bit version of Palemoon. I found this one in the browser archive (50mb - use at own risk). Unload palemoon sfs first. Then after .pet download, click on .pet in filemanager & wait for install to complete.

when i open the sfs on the fly
the palemoon sfs appears in left pane,
the load pane. when i click on it
an offer to load it appears.

@mmmrr - I looked at the original bionicpup32, which has Light browser as it's a adrv. Also checked puppy .sfs - no mention of palemoon. Try a fresh install, then delete adrv .sfs, then reboot & load the .pet.

It seems the Pale Moon SFS is not correctly built for this specific Bionicpup32.

In SFS-load-on-the-fly program
Unload the Pale Moon SFS you have loaded.
Left pane lists SFS that could be loaded.
Right pane lists SFS's that are loaded.
Highlight to select a listed loaded SFS.
Select unload to do it.

Download and install this Pale Moon deb package (32bit):
https://download.opensuse.org/repositor ... c_i386.deb
Or this one:
https://download.opensuse.org/repositor ... 3_i386.deb
After selecting to save it, downloading it to some location.
In Rox file manager.
Navigate to where the deb package file is located.
Left click on it to install.
Should be a entry in the main menu->Internet to run it.

Here is some info you need to read about adding software to Puppy.

The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be older.
This is not what I expected :o

Neither current versions of Palemoon nor SeaMonkey work any more with BionicPup32..... Chromium & Firefox are still OK

All 4 browsers still work OK in FocalPup32......

Builder of LxPups, SPups, UPup32s, VoidPups; LXDE, LXQt, Xfce addons; Chromium, Firefox etc. sfs; & Kernels

@mmmrr excellent & good pickup by @bigpup . That .deb overcomes the glibc deficiency, being compiled to suit.
