What exactly happens when you try to boot using one of these CD's? nothing, cdrom makes noises and pc goes to next normal boot ie skips cd cos it failed to read it

You see what? black screen
I'm leaning towards CDs being bad because I could burn both CDs a second time.

2 CDs in the bin with this. One with cdrecord speed=4 -multi F96-CE_4.iso, the other with xfburn. I can't say if it's the CDs (maybe) or the burner or the iso. Any info?

There's two dirs: tags and queries. In queries you can do ls tag to search and you can browse tags with a fm. It's a bit weird but I guess it's better than typing.

To summarize: the only thing puppy could add is make tagging somehow easier via the file manager.

one big con to EOS is it's meant to run from a usb stick and those tend to fail

Pipewire is awesome and allows users easy access to jack tools like calf and no latency for AV sync unlike pulse.

Will we see it in future puppies?
