Will a remaster include the .pets I installed?

I have an old copy of AtomicPup19, and I downloaded a 32bit version of Uextract 4.12.
Will the pet be included in a remaster to ISO?

I do not use Atomic, but if it has the standard remaster script, the answer is Yes if you installed the .pet
