Success with Rufus

Having gotten nowhere with Balena Etcher, Ventoy, and dd, I had success with Rufus (from Win 10) creating the ISO USB. I noticed Rufus found and installed several .sfs files that I had not known about or how to deal with.

What about unetbootin ?
