hello, i have installed puppyx64 9.6. After configuring it, I deleted the games. I can't find how to remove Ispuzzle. hexalate. They do not appear in builds.

Hi. In 9.5, this was done in Setup >> Remove builtin packages
I do not know if there is something similar in 9.6. But you still look, maybe there is.

1. Go to this folder:
/var/packages/builtin_files

2. Find hexalate and iQpuzzle

3. Open to locate their traces, then manually delete

Which version of Fossapup64 is it?

To remove both hexalate and iQpuzzle you will need to alter the adrv_fossapup64_9.6.sfs

Easy way is to install the Rox app Edit-SFS from here -> https://oldforum.puppylinux.com/viewtop ... 22#p829422

Run Edit-SFS and drag and drop the appropriate adrv_fossapup64_9.6.sfs onto the form field and make the adjustments and let the program re-squash the adrv.

Removing the adrv from the frugal install will remove all of those programs included on it by never loading them. Run in a terminal or from the menu to adjust the menus to reflect the changes.

jwm -reload
jwm -restart

fdrv_fossapup64_9.6.sfs
ydrv_fossapup64_9.6.sfs
zdrv__fossapup64_9.6.sfs
and
puppy__fossapup64_9.6.sfs

Instead of the adrv_fossapup64_9.6.sfs do the same steps with the ydrv_fossapup64_9.6.sfs!

Look in /usr/games inside of the ydrv_fossapup64_9.6.sfs

In FossaPup64 CE, Hexalate and iQPuzzle games are stored in puppy_fossapup64_9.6.sfs.

But if you really want them gone:

1. From Filesystem, choose pFind
2. On the top right, select System files
3. In the text box, type hexalate
4. Hit Search
5. Go to its folder and files, then delete
6. Repeat 1-5 for iqpuzzle

Many thanks - first I removed them from ydrv_fossapup64_9.6.sfs. Then I used pfind for further files.
(everything a bit more complicated than on Windows)
