I was able to make Wine 5.11 to work in fd64 900 alpha.
I converted a wine portable package made by Mike Walsh

and made some changes to it to make it work in fatdog

Installation instructions:
Right click on package and choose install.
Be patient and message will show when installation is finished.
Wine is installed in /opt
Note that /opt is saved in your Save file when you reboot.
If everything is OK then files with .exe extension should launch if double clicked.

First run:
There is now a menu item for Windows notepad. Try it out.
This will create a drive_c folder ---> it will be hidden in /root/.wine

Alternatively download mp3DirectCut and run it.

It should also create a drive_c folder and install the app --> mp3DirectCut
Test the app by double clicking on the .exe file.
It opens a mp3 file and plays the audio.

Tip:
Rox filer has a bookmark feature.
Make a bookmark to go directly to drive_c which is where all your Windows apps will be installed.
