Zim with some plugins

Hi All,

The attached version was constructed to run under Bionicpup64. I don't know if it will function under other Puppies. However, it shouldn't be difficult to construct versions for other Puppies even though it involves python. Well, at least I didn't encounter my usual.
From time to time I look for an Linux-native alternative to InfoCentral, a relational-database manager/File-organizer/Note-taker. InfoCentral will only run under Wine. This time, that search lead me to zim. Like notecase and cherrytree, zim is an application to create and organize notes, task-lists, maintain a calendar and has a bunch of other useful tools. For more info, see https://zim-wiki.org/.

As we already have Cherrytree and notecase, I might have passed it bye. But examining available plugins, see, https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/zim I noticed "lilypond program for typesetting sheet music" and though 'that might be of use to taersh". So I built it with any plugin on the main website which didn't have to do with 'version control' or had to be compiled. From https://github.com/jaap-karssenberg/zim ... ki/Plugins I could only include the UML Diagrams Plugin. The others required compiling. If you have use for the UML Diagrams plugin, the instructions are "In Edit > Preferences > Plugins tab, you can now tick ☐ Insert UML diagram." "To Insert > UML Diagram. An editor window will open up, where you can type PlantUML script and preview the resulting diagram. Click OK and your diagram appears in the page. You can modify a diagram with a right click on it > Edit."
Of course, if you compile or have some reason to maintain version control you can add other plugins.

Whether any plugins work? You'll have to test.
