Hi all,
I have this problem with Rox:
if I launch an mp3 with the usual "click" on the music icon, the song starts but does not appear on the PC Gnome Mplayer;
so if I have to intervene on the music - for example I want to turn it off - I have to do it through the Task Manager.
Here are two explanatory screenshots.
thx sonia

According to your screenshot the default application is mplayer. This is the command line version without a GUI.
Try gnome-mplayer.

sure Moch, thanks.
I was writing GNOME MPlayer before without the hyphen between the two terms. I understood now.
Thank you very much

one more little help to fix this RoxFiler.
The following images compare the icons of the same jpg file: seen with Focal's FileManager (above) and seen with Rox.
Now since I have many photos you understand that with RoxFiler I would not distinguish them.
So, how do you make the representation of the photo appear as an icon in the Roxfiler?
Thank you again

Hello soniabu,

right click the mouse on the Eye button icon will display the thumbnails in ROX. Left click on the Eye button will display ALL files including hidden files.

Sorry everyone for the constant disturbance - I have now found the RoxFiler help -
