Really things are vanishing after new bootup

Hi,

As others have reported already,

viewtopic.php?p=89170#p89170 and a little related to this: viewtopic.php?p=90251#p90251,

my sound ( hda intel - the only sound device on my netbook) now also is gone after booting the next day. The day before I only listened to music, didn't change anything, next day no sound.

Additionally on my ASUS notebook core i7, my network is completely gone after reboot. The day before I used mostly WiFi thethering from CP, but for short USB tethering too, both worked very well.....

Shutdown, booted up next day, no network at all anymore. No WiFi AND no ethernet.

Hmmmp, just wanted to report it, I don't have time at the moment to analyse, but I need network and sound the next few days urgently.

No choice, must use another OS. (*Lol* maybe Easy Pyro or Bookworm - these 2 are working well for me).

Update:

no hardware problem. With AntiX sound works on ASUS Netbook and with Debian Stretch / XEN kernel, ASUS Notebook Pro78S USB tethering works too.

I had 1 last option on Notebook: Kirkstone 5.3 with encryption is installed on another partition. Strange, here network still works! Well okay, I am happy that I can use this now - hope after next reboot still too.
