Anyone using/used GNU Guix Package Manager?

I came across this today and have not used it before, but it sounds interesting.
Info:
Guix comes with thousands of packages which include applications, system tools, documentation, fonts, and other digital goods readily available for installing with the GNU Guix package manager.
I was tempted to build the application but just wanted to hear some feedback from other members.
