FYI - IPwebcam test

In the continuation of the application tests on the Bookworm system, I also tried IPWebCam with my Xiaomi MiPad tablet android 8.1.
Both through Firefox and VLC last version, IPwebcam does its job and I must admit that it is very versatile.
