There are HDMI ports on this TV. What is the best path to boot a flavor of puppylinux on this TV?

I have posted on this in the past, somewhere. BUT, the PC (assuming your PC has an HDMI port, too) that you connect to your TV needs ONLY 2 cables (or 3 max for you to experience EVERYTHING a forum distro gives you as well as what your TV presents.
The PC ONLY needs
power cable from PC to a wall outlet
an HDMI cable from PC to TV's HDMI port
That's it!
Expect ALL video, audio that PC produces to play to your TV.
