Is there a typing tutor program available for use in Linux? I have home-schooled grandchildren whom I would like to have learn correct typing technique (which I never learned). There are Windows based programs available but...

Thanks for the help

Klavaro is available from the PPM on Fossapup64-9.5. It's a small program. The menu entry is under Personal.
There is also a game - Tux Typing (search for tuxtype in the PPM).

On some newer Puppy variants (like dpup) the apt-get commands from https://linuxhint.com/best-typing-tutors-linux will work.

Thank you, I downloaded the Tux Typing and it works well on an older Lucid install I have; this looks like a good starting place.
