The first version I posted was broken so update to this one if you want to test.
Here's a gtkdialog gui I just put together for cataloging files on removable media. You will be able to catalog mounted media and search and view the archives afterwards. If you're anything like me, I'm always searching my external drives for files but this tool will make it much easier to identify the drive the file is on instead of randomly searching.
