hfp-hf/hsp-hs?

How to activate hfp-hf and hsp-hs, or a2dp-sink, for two way audio, mic and speaker. Has anyone got this working with a bluetooth headset or speaker?
This is a ~/.asoundrc config I use.

}Firefox says there is a mic but no sound gets through to the web conference/record. SAme for audacity. My android phone works with both devices.
