My savefile is full, and I want to clean out the rubbish. besides mending my ways, how do i do this please, AND how do I move a savefile into another drive/partition, pls? I used to be able to save onto a different partition-but that option appears to have been removed. I think I need to reinstall, and want to preserve my savefile.
How to clean adult viewing scraps from my save file?

Re: cleanup adult viewing scraps?
What type drive is Fossapup64 installed on?
what format is the drives partition the frugal install is located?
Is the save file located on that partition or a different one?
If different one.
What format is it?
What exactly do you want to remove from the save?
Videos, pictures, stuff in the downloads directory, programs you installed, what exactly?
The things you do not tell us, are usually the clue to fixing the problem.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be older.
This is not what I expected
Re: cleanup adult viewing scraps?
i want to save my bookmarks and passwords, and a journal file. perhaps later a database of pictures. these all need to be easily restoreable. the long term backups will be on an ntfs partition, or fat32 usb. i can alter the latter. prhaps theres a bakup utility?
the savefile is ext2 drive.
i tried the suggested
~psave=sda3/fossapup64 in grub config before it calls initrd,
but it only loads from sda2.
if i can move a basic savefile between identical installs, a re-install won't be a big data loss.
i've installed stacer for cleanup.
backup utility for pupsave does not allow different partition.
