Network tool message on top of Hurrican

Post by user1111 »

Fatdog 811 Final. Downloaded the Hurrican game sfs via the sfs manager and playing it for the first time ever my wifi net decided to drop/reconnect, as it sometimes does and shows a balloon prompt that looks like

The game full screens by default and that message was placed near centre screen and just persisted, totally blocking the game view.

There's probably a way to drop out of full screen and close the prompt, but I'm not familiar with it at all.

Howdy, rufwoof. Do either Super-D (aka Win-D, "show desktop") or Alt-Tab do what you need?

As now we don't have this option.
It would be nice if we can add "disable popup" in the network-tool configuration, to suppress this popup.
Kirk and step maintains network-tool - I'll leave it to you to persuade them :)
